Question:
How to format the spreadsheet, so that it don't remove the zero from the beginning of the number?
Solution:
Select the cells or Column or Row that you want to format, where you don't want spreadsheet to remove the zeros from the beginning of the number.
Then go to "Format" menu, then "Number" and then select "Plain text".

Selecting this will consider the cell input as text instead of a number.
